What payment methods do you accept?

We accept four payment methods:
Visa, MasterCard.

Bank Transfer/USDT: These two methods are external to our online system, so it is necessary to send proof of payment to our contact by whatsapp or email.

Cash payment: Valid only for in-store pickup. If you choose this option for any type of shipping, your purchase will not be valid.

Do I get a tracking number?

How long does shipping take?

We ship our goods with DHL or GLS. The shipping time within the EU countries is 2-4 working days .

Can I cancel my order?

We understand completely, we sometimes change our minds! And as long as your order has not yet been processed, you can of course still cancel your order.

However, once you have received a tracking number from us, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

And please don't forget! Return shipping is not free.

How can I return a product?

Since these are hygiene products with a freshness seal, the e-vapes cannot be returned.
We only replace defective goods.
